Global Poverty and Impact Evaluation, with African Case Studies – Spring 2013

This course explores the tools available for rigorously measuring the impact of international development and anti-poverty programs. The course describes a range of empirical methods, approaches and challenges, and illustrates them using a series of African case studies. Undergraduates enroll in 174, graduate students in 274.
